Merrin

Hi everyone, my name is Merrin. I am a vet tech with years of emergency hospital training, a passion for anesthesia, surgery, pain management, diabetes & nutrition, and fear free medicine! You'll always see me in pink scrubs, and yes I will probably meet your furry loved one while laying on the floor of the lobby.

I have a BSc in Biochemistry, I completed graduate studies in microorganisms & yeast (for beer actually), and proceeded to complete the vet tech program while applying to veterinarian school. During this process, I fell in love with how impactful veterinary technicians are in the health of our pets, and in how a hospital or clinic runs.

With my own health problems changing every day (it's not just our pets who like to throw medical curve balls), I ventured into the realm of naturopathic medicine. With my graduation in April 2026 with a degree in Naturopathic Medicine, while I am not in the clinic helping your pets, I am learning how to treat humans as well. I am so fortunate to be a part of your pets health, and this amazing team! See you around!
