Dear valued clients,
We at Green Lane have been carefully monitoring the progression of the covid 19 pandemic. In light of the current concerns surrounding the virus we would like to provide you with an update on our response as a clinic.
Please see below for an update regarding Covid-19 and our protocols.
As of March 24 we will be staying open with our regular hours with the exception of Thursday March 26. We will be closing at 6pm.
Food and Medication:
-If you have not already, please sign up for our vet store online (myvetstore.com)
-All food orders should be done online if possible.
-Our Veterinary Purchasing company is currently allocating food. This means we will only be getting a certain amount of food per week. This also affects our vet store. Please be mindful of this when making your online orders.
-Due to this, there will be a limit of 1 case and/or 1 bag of food per patient.
-If ordering food or medication from the clinic please allow at least 7-10 days for arrival.
-All food and medication MUST be paid over the phone before pick up.
-When arriving at the clinic please call and one of our team members will bring the items out to you.
-When coming to the clinic please do not park at the front door. Find a parking spot and call the clinic from there.
As we are quite busy at this time please be patient with our team we are doing our best to serve you as efficiently as possible.
We will not be allowing anyone in the clinic at this time.
If for any reason you end up entering the clinic, please sanitize your hands at our sanitizing station and please practice social distancing while inside.
At this point in time, we will be only attending to emergencies. Annual Examinations will be scheduled at a later date UNLESS your pet is overdue for the rabies vaccination OR kittens/puppies that have time-sensitive vaccinations to consider.
-When you arrive at the clinic for your appointment, please call reception at 905-597-7373.
-All communication will be done over the phone or FaceTime or Skype. *please ensure you arrive for your scheduled time*
-The doctor will call you and get a medical history.
-A staff member will then greet you at your vehicle and bring your pet into the clinic.
-You will be provided with a summary of the appointment once it is completed by one of our doctors.
-You're pet will be brought back to your car.
-Visa payment will be completed over the phone once the appointment is completed

Staff/client care are of utmost importance to us now more than ever.
-During this time we have increased the frequency of cleaning in the clinic including our reception area/exam rooms/ and client washroom.
