Sharon

Sharon, Client Care Specialist
 
When you first walk into the hospital, Sharon is always there to greet you with a smile.  Sharon has been working as a Veterinary Receptionist for 20 years. We are proud to have her coordinate all aspects of client communication at Green Lane. Sharon lives on a farm, is an avid horseman and loves the outdoors.

 

Sonia

Sonia, Client Care Specialist
 
 Sonia is our evening receptionist. With a background in Hotel Management, she is always professional, accommodating and courteous. Sonia's big smile is infectious and her ability to help others in difficult situations is irreplaceable. Sonia is also addicted to cats.
  

  

 

Jennifer, Office Manager

Jennifer has been a part of the veterinary industry for over 17 years. Her primary focus as office manager at Green Lane is to manage the clinical environment that flows with harmony between doctors, staff, and clients. She is always happy to help with her positive attitude. Her priority is to always stay on top of ways that our clinic is able to serve you better. You can always find her around the clinic as she enjoys being involved in all aspects of our daily routines.

 

Nicole

Nicole, Registered Veterinary Technician

Nicole has been a Veterinary Technician since 2010 and has been with Green Lane since 2014. She is very focused on providing the most outstanding patient care.  Nicole has a strong interest in anesthesia and pain management. Nicole puts great effort into our clinic as she is always on top of patient history and ensuring cases are followed up in the best interest of your pet. She preps for surgeries and is right alongside your pet during recovery. Nicole is heavily responsible for our inventory too. When Nicole isn’t running around or in an appointment, she can be found enjoying the great outdoors or reading a good book!

 

   

Kathrine, Patient  Care Coordinator

Meet Kathrine! She began working at Green Lane Animal Hospital September 2016. Always busy, she holds many roles all around the clinic from reception to exam assistant to patient care coordinator. Her kind-hearted nature and patience truly does radiate to staff, clients, and your pets too! Sharing the same passion for animals Kathrine works alongside her sister Nicole, one of our technicians. Passionate about dancing, science, and cats we cannot leave out that she is quite the baker too!

 

 

Amanda, Patient Care Coordinator

Amanda has worked in Veterinary Medicine for over 20 years now, with her focus being client care and communication. Amanda can be found in the front office area working closely with the Doctors striving to make each patients appointment a positive experience. Amanda has 1 daughter named Zoey and is currently owned by 2 very big Great Danes named “Roman” and “Vayda”. Amanda is recognized by her infectious smile and funky style. It is obvious to all that she truly “LOVES” what she does!

Chante

Chante, Registered Veterinary Technician

Chante began working with Green Lane in 2018. She is currently an enrolled student of the Veterinary Technician program at Seneca College to become an RVT. You may meet Chante during your appointment in one of our examination rooms or up front at reception helping you book an appointment.  In her spare time she likes to read, play sports, and bake. She also loves all animals and has a black cat of her own named Max who loves the outdoors.

Nadia, Veterinary Assistant

First started with us at Green Lane as a high school co-op student in 2019. Nadia can be found helping out all around the clinic, working alongside assisting the doctors and technicians. Aspiring to become a veterinarian, Nadia is very observant and always interested in learning new things. She loves to cuddle as many dogs and cats as she can get her hands on! Her kind hearted personality surely is felt by the animals in clinic. Passions of Nadia’s include taking care of her adorable Havanese dog Grizzly, traveling, and playing sports. She also does martial arts and holds a black belt in karate.

 

Burke, Veterinary Technician  

Burke is new to the veterinary field and a graduate of Seneca’s Veterinary Technician program. She is excited to learn from all the kind and skilled staff at Green Lane. She has two cats, Edison and Tesla and hopes to work in the conservation of wildlife or exotic animals. When not working she loves traveling, spending time outdoors, playing boardgames, and baking.

Eden, Registered Veterinary Technician

Eden has been in the veterinary field for over 6 years. She attended Wilfrid Laurier University for her undergrad in Biology and Psychology. Her passion for animals led her to attend Seneca’s veterinary technician program. Eden loves to learn, and is especially interested in cytology, anesthesia, and pain management.  Eden enjoys travelling, reading, and volunteering in her spare time. She loves spending time with her rescue dog Leo. Working with Leo’s insecurities and fears, helping him to overcome them has given Eden an interest in animal behaviour.

Erica, Client Care Specialist

Erica has been working in the veterinary industry since 2015 and as the first point of contact, she places customer service at the top of her priorities. Erica is eager to learn and is always available for a quick cuddle with your pet. She recently spent 2 years living abroad in Sydney, Australia and enjoys getting out for a good hike or heading to the beach for a swim.

Kristen, Veterinary Assistant 

Kristen has worked in a variety of veterinary settings throughout the past 5 years while completing her undergraduate studies at McMaster. After moving back home, Kristen joined our team right before the COVID-19 pandemic and has been a great help all around the clinic. You can find Kristen in the back assisting the technicians, answering the phone up front, and we also like to joke she is our on-site tech support. Her interest in veterinary medicine and compassionate nature make her a wonderful addition to the team. She has a soft spot for senior cats and in her spare time, she enjoys playing competitive ultimate frisbee.
